Warranty Information
Every NILUSA product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. Our warranty protects your pieces from Cracking, Chipping, Breaking and Defects. After you purchase your pieces your Lifetime Warranty automatically goes into effect. No product registration is needed to begin your warranty.
** The bread trays are NOT made for cooking. They are only for serving. All other items we make that do not have the black antiquing in the cooking surface can be used for cooking.
If you ever have an issue with any of your NILUSA products follow the 3 Simple Steps Below:
STEP 1:

First Fill out the warranty contact form below. Please add your name, email, phone number and a brief description of your claim, including the issue & product number.
STEP 2:

After we have reviewed your initial claim, we will ask you to provide proof of purchase and also pictures of the damaged piece.
STEP 3:
​
Once we have accepted your claim we will send you a prepaid box to ship your piece to use and we will send you your new piece FREE of charge.
